A little light work this weekend. Couple of mini cleavers and a couple brisket slicers. There’s a charity auction for one of the local school districts I’ve donated to for the last couple of years. I’ll donate one and one of the organizers of the event will buy one to donate and they’re getting a custom brisket slicer this year.
